Kathleen and Len welcome you to Orchard Bed and Breakfast on Orchard Avenue in Chichester, a non-smoking family home. With over 20 years experience of running a bed and breakfast we will ensure your stay is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.

We have a pleasant small garden where you may relax at your leisure and we offer tea and home made cake on arrival to ensure you feel at home from the start.

Breakfasts are our specialities where we insist on using local produce to offer you a fabulous Full English Breakfast to get you started for the day! We do of course offer a lighter breakfast if required.

With a good knowledge of the local area we can offer advise as to where to go and what to see during your stay as well as the best places to eat in the local area.
